  • You upload your image and select your desired final product. Our team of artists then digitally re-creates that image as a timeless masterpiece. This painting is then printed in the product type you order and is shipped to you.


  • These products are done by a studio artist and cannot be previewed before creation or shipment. If you are not satisfied with the product please refer to our Satisfaction Guaranteed policy below.


  • Custom portraits can be ordered as art quality gallery wrapped canvas prints with or without a black floater frame in the following sizes: 16×20, 20×30, and 30×40.


  • Our products are made to last a lifetime. You can help to preserve the quality of your product by keeping your prints indoors and out of direct sunlight as well as by cleaning them with a dry cloth when needed.


  • Click “Begin Your Masterpiece” or “Buy” on our site to begin your order. From there you can upload your image(s). You’ll then proceed to the edit product page, during which you can edit the product type, size and image. Note that the image shown on this page will not accurately show what your final painting will look like as it is not possible to accurately portray that effect at this stage. Once you’re happy with the product type, size, and cropping of the image, simply add it to your cart, and checkout when you’ve finished adding all of your products.


  • The higher the resolution the better! However there is a 50MB upload size limit. File formats supported are: .jpg, .jpeg, .png or .tif. Once uploaded artists can better accurately re-create your image if they are working from a good source.


  • We accept all major forms of credit cards, which are securely processed through the Stripe Payment Gateway. We also accept payments through Paypal.


  • During normal business seasons, all orders should arrive within 8-10 business days from your order date, depending on your selected shipping speed. The portrait takes our artisans roughly 4-5 days to complete, print and frame your portrait. After that, please allow for transit time. Note that the first business day after an order is placed is considered as the first of these 8-10 business days. There may be a slight delay in orders during high peak seasons such as the holidays.


  • Up to date order information including tracking information if the order has shipped can be viewed in your account. If you do not have an account, you can also visit our order tracking page. You will need the order number provided to you in the confirmation email you received when you placed your order and the email address that was used to place your order.


  • We have a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy. Returns and exchanges are valid for up to 30 days from your order date. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order please contact us via our contact page and provide your name, order number, and the issue with the product. We strive to offer top tier products and will do everything in our power to make sure that you are happy with the product you receive.
